I have lived in Portland most of my life. I'm not only familiar with most of the neighborhoods - I've lived in many of them. I take pride in Portland as a city, I love knowing the little nooks, crannies and personalities of each neighborhood. I'm always looking for a chance to help people pick not just the right home but the neighborhood that matches their personality.
Experience
With over 25 years of sales experience, I know the importance of attending to every detail. My grandfather and mother sold real estate, and I am pleased to follow in their footsteps. I truly feel real estate is in my blood. I also own investment property and a vacation home; which helps me to understand the different perspectives involved in successfully completing all types of real estate transactions.
Commitment
I view over 1000 homes each year to educate myself about the current market and to pass that knowledge on to my clients. I enjoy working with both Sellers and Buyers. With Sellers, I am well known for my ability to make creative changes that allow the home to put its best foot forward. I also use my market knowledge to set a price giving the Sellers the largest amount of money in the least amount of time. With Buyers, I enjoy educating them not just about homes but the buying process itself. It's my goal to make you feel right at home.
